Built for the loads that actually occur
Yard slabs and roadways are specified for loaded tankers and trailers, with the sub-base depth and concrete thickness to match — not a domestic driveway build-up.
Clean and soiled water separation
Correct falls and separation of clean roof water from soiled yard water is a regulatory requirement as well as good practice, and it is designed into the drainage layout.
Working around the farm
Works are phased so access to sheds, parlours and yards is maintained. Herd movements and milking times are planned around, not ignored.

Can you pour large concrete yards in one visit?+
Yes, subject to access and weather. Large pours are planned with ready-mix supply and, where needed, a concrete pump to keep the pour continuous.
Do you build farm roadways?+
Yes — formation, geotextile where needed, stone build-up and finishing to suit the traffic the roadway will carry.
