Extensions on trading premises
Where the premises stays open, works are phased and segregated so guest access, fire routes and deliveries continue. Noise-sensitive operations are programmed around trading patterns where the site allows.
Kitchen and wet-area drainage
Commercial kitchens need grease separation and dedicated drainage runs. These are installed to the drainage design and connected before floor slabs are closed up.
Arrival areas carry more than cars
Coach access, delivery vehicles and refuse collection all use the same entrance. Those routes are built with a heavier build-up than the parking bays around them.

Yes, on a phased and segregated basis. Working areas are hoarded off and guest access, deliveries and fire escape routes are maintained throughout.
Do you install grease traps and interceptors?+
Yes, where they form part of the drainage design — grease separation for kitchen drainage and interceptors on yard or fuel-risk areas.
